Accountant, financier and development strategist with several years of professional experience in management and finance. He specializes in strategic management, management accounting, controlling and cost accounting. Since 2013 Rafal was associated with one of the leading accounting companies in the region and after 4 years he became a partner. During his work, he managed a team of over 80 people and provided direct services to the largest clients (with at least PLN 100 million in annual turnover) from the production, construction and trade industries. As a partner, besides of serving as CFO and Chief Accountant, he was also involved in scaling the company’s business by obtaining financing, opening new branches in Poland and around the world, and implementing new services. In 2021, he sold his stake and started a new business adventure – he established an import LEGO company. As the president, he obtains financing, analyzes project profitability and searches for partners and new sales markets.
In 2021 – 2023, as a CFO in a large group from the metallurgical industry, he was responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s financial strategy and supervising the preparation and implementation of the annual financial budget. He also supervised financial liquidity and the preparation of statements and financial reports.
Currently, he is strongly involved in the development of SPS Finance as the chief accountant. In his work, he goes far beyond the usual framework of this position. Not only does he carry out the most complex tasks in the field of company accounting, but he also provides our clients with advice and support in projects related to transformations, restructuring and the implementation of budgeting and controlling.
